Rates vary widely with frequency, restroom count and floor type, which is why per-square-foot figures quoted online are close to meaningless. We measure your office, price the actual scope and give you a fixed monthly number in writing.
Almost all of our office clients prefer after-hours service, typically starting after 6pm. Buildings with public foot traffic sometimes add a daytime porter. Either works, and the schedule is yours to set.
Yes. Keys, codes, fobs and after-hours building access are all standard for us. Access details are held by your assigned supervisor rather than shared across the company.
