Electrostatic Disinfection Services

Even, wrap-around coverage on every surface in the room, including the ones a cloth never reaches. One-off treatments or a scheduled cycle.

Wiping surfaces down works, but only on the surfaces someone actually wipes. Chair backs, keyboard edges, the underside of a door handle and the arms of every seat in a waiting room are missed constantly, and those are exactly the places hands land.

Electrostatic spraying gives the disinfectant an electrical charge as it leaves the nozzle. The charged droplets are attracted to surfaces and wrap around them, coating sides and undersides that a cloth would never touch. It covers a large space quickly, evenly and without the labour cost of hand-wiping every object.

We use EPA-registered disinfectants approved for the pathogens you are concerned about, and we apply them at the correct dwell time. Buildings across Tampa Bay use this either as a scheduled service through respiratory season or as a fast response after an outbreak in the building.

Where it makes the most difference

  • Offices — shared desks, phones, keyboards, meeting rooms and break rooms
  • Schools and childcare — classrooms, shared equipment, cafeterias and restrooms
  • Medical and dental practices — waiting rooms and common areas, alongside the room-by-room protocol in our medical office cleaning
  • Gyms and fitness studios — equipment, mats, benches and locker rooms, where hand-wiping never reaches everything
  • Restaurants and hospitality — dining rooms, seating and front-of-house surfaces
  • Vehicles and fleet — interiors, which are among the hardest spaces to disinfect by hand

When to use it

As a response, when someone in the building has been ill and you want the space treated before staff return. As a routine, on a weekly or monthly cycle through respiratory season. Or as reassurance, when you have clients, patients or parents coming through and want the building demonstrably treated.

It is a complement to cleaning, not a replacement for it. Disinfectant applied over visible soil does not work properly, so surfaces are cleaned first and treated second. Any cleaner selling you spraying alone is selling you theatre.

Disinfection questions

How long until the space can be used again?

Most treatments allow re-entry within roughly two hours, depending on the product and ventilation. We confirm the exact re-entry time for the disinfectant used on your building before we start.

Is it safe around electronics and soft furnishings?

Yes. The droplets are fine and the coverage is light rather than saturating. Keyboards, monitors, upholstery and equipment are all standard for this method.

Does it replace regular cleaning?

No. Disinfectant needs a clean surface to work on. Electrostatic treatment sits on top of a proper cleaning routine, and we will always clean first.

How quickly can you come out after an outbreak?

For existing clients, usually same or next day. Call 727-320-7125 and we will tell you honestly when we can be there rather than promising a slot we cannot hold.
