Eriko’s Cleaning Service LLC provides scheduled floor care for commercial buildings across Tampa Bay, including routine scrubbing and burnishing as well as strip-and-finish service when appropriate. We match the process to the substrate and assess the condition before recommending a scope.

We plan floor-care work around the facility’s operating schedule and discuss staging options when areas need to remain accessible.

Scrub and recoat, or full strip?

A scrub and recoat may be appropriate when the existing finish is still serviceable; a full strip may be needed when finish is badly discolored or heavily built up. We’ll assess the floor before recommending a scope.

How often should VCT be stripped and waxed?

Maintenance frequency depends on traffic, floor material, current condition, and the type of finish in place. We assess the floor during the walkthrough before recommending a service schedule.

How long does the building need to be closed?

Access and curing time depend on the service, finish, floor condition, and site requirements. We’ll discuss the expected schedule and can plan work in sections when appropriate.

Do you seal grout?

Sealing can help protect cleaned grout and make routine maintenance easier. We’ll assess whether sealing is appropriate for the surface.

Can you handle warehouse and industrial concrete?

Yes. Auto-scrubbing, degreasing and resealing for warehouse, workshop and light-industrial floors, including the areas around loading docks.
