Hillsborough is the largest commercial market in the region and the most heavily contested. Westshore alone holds one of the biggest concentrations of office space in Florida, and every national cleaning franchise has a presence here.
What most of them do not have is a local crew. A great deal of what passes for commercial cleaning in Tampa is a franchise contract subcontracted onwards, which is how a building ends up with a different crew every few weeks and a scope nobody remembers agreeing.
We take on Hillsborough work selectively and only where we can service it properly. If we cannot staff your building to the standard we would want in Pinellas, we will tell you that rather than take the contract and hope.
Buildings on the Hillsborough side of the Courtney Campbell and Gandy causeways are the most natural fit for us, since they sit closest to our existing routes.
