Post-Construction Cleaning in Tampa Bay

Phased post-construction cleaning for new construction, build-outs, and renovations, coordinated with your site requirements and requested completion date.

Commercial interior under construction, before post-construction cleaning

Fine construction dust and residue can settle across surfaces throughout a project. A phased cleaning scope can help prepare the property for final inspection, occupancy, or opening.

We provide post-construction cleaning for new construction, build-outs, and renovations across Tampa Bay. We coordinate the cleaning scope with the project phase, site requirements, and requested completion date.

We coordinate the cleaning schedule with your requested project milestones and completion date.

The three phases

  • Rough clean — initial removal of permitted light debris and surface dust when included in the agreed scope
  • Final clean — detailed cleaning of agreed interior surfaces, fixtures, restrooms, kitchens, and finished floors
  • Touch-up clean — selected areas revisited after punch-list work, when included in the schedule

Details that decide an inspection

Details may include window tracks and frames, adhesive residue, paint specks, dust above door frames, HVAC vent covers, and cabinet and drawer interiors when included in the agreed scope.

Post-construction cleaning questions

How far ahead do you need to be booked?

Lead time depends on the project size, requested scope, site readiness, and current schedule. Contact us as early as possible so we can review the project and proposed completion date.

Do you remove construction debris and materials?

We can address fine dust and light debris included in the written scope. Bulk construction waste, offcuts, and dumpsters remain the contractor’s responsibility unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Can you do just the final clean if another crew did the rough?

Yes, that is common. We will walk the site first so we can price what is actually there rather than assuming what the rough clean achieved.

Do you clean windows inside and out?

Interior glass, tracks, frames, and accessible adhesive residue can be included in the scope. Multi-story exterior work requiring rope access or specialized lift equipment is outside the stated scope and should be reviewed with an appropriately qualified provider.
